I believe that the promises of God are given to inspire us to participate in the divine nature.
Acts 10:1-8
We studied the many qualities of Cornelius. It is interesting to note how God see us. How would God describe you?
Cornelius: Your gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.
Proverbs 19:17
Proverbs 11:25
Psalm 37:23
Psalm 112:5
2 Corinthians 9:11
I Timothy 6:17
These verses give us some insight into God’s way of viewing man.
This has to do with the Spirit of a man, is he generous or greedy?
Who does the blessing flow towards, the generous or the greedy?
How easy is generosity for you?
