After your fast has begun, your light will shine, your recovery will come quickly, and God’s righteousness and glory will go before and after you.

The enemy rarely attacks from the front, he attacks you from behind.

God will give you strength in your bones after the fast has begun.

When you begin the fast, you will become the repairer and restorer.

What are requirements for a fast?

You do not have to quit eating or drinking.

You need to feed the hungry and clothe the naked.

Get out where the people are.

When you have done it for the least of these my brethren.

When you do for others, you put yourself in a place of blessing.
