It is our goal to provide quality, faith-based childcare for infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children; to partner with parents in meeting the developmental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of children; and to help families achieve life to the fullest. Contact Sheila Minton.

Day Care service is available for all children from 6 weeks old to Kindergarten age, from 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. weekdays throughout the year. The facility is licensed by the lllinois State Department of Children and Family Services. All teachers are DCFS qualified.

What type of environment will my child experience?

A caring, nurturing, Christian environment is the primary focus at Calvary. Providing love, security, respect and dignity for your child is our utmost concern. In order to develop your child's self-esteem and self-discipline, loving guidance and encouragement are given. Please consult a director for the specific classroom rules and guidlines.

What learning opportunities are available?

Calvary offers a multi-faceted learning experience for your child, pre-writing, pre-reading, mathematics, science, art, motor skills and social skills are integrated into a strong Bible curriculum. A variety of instructional methods are used including hands-on learning, exploration, field trips and guided instruction. Bible story times and singing are a fun addition to our Bible program.

Who will care for my child?

Admission to Calvary Day Care is open to any child from 6 weeks old to kindergarten whose parents: Interview with the director to discuss the Day Care policies and programs and Complete all enrollment papers including:

  • Application for enrollment
  • Tuition agreement contract
  • State licensing information
  • Parental consent form
  • Child's history
  • Medical record report
