Tina Antonacci works in the church office and has two beautiful daughters. Tina is Revolution’s Professional Party Planner. Her favorite pastime with the kids is Tina Taco Time. Don’t be surprised if you get a call from Tina asking you to bake 83 cookies. She loves to feed the kids, and, as her sister says, “She loves her parties.”
Aubrey Emerson worked with the children’s department at Calvary for two years before going to work with children in South Africa as a Missionary Associate. Aubrey now works at Calvary as Rena’s assistant and will begin to study nursing in the fall. Aubrey loves behind the scenes work but usually prefers not to have to speak in a microphone.
Brandon Emerson worked as a Children’s Ministry intern at Calvary for two years before going to do missions work with children in South Africa. He now volunteers in Revolution as the Wednesday Night Prayer Leader. Brandon cuts his own hair.
Michelle Johnson grew up at Calvary and now has three children. After serving as a leader in Oasis youth ministry for a few years, Michelle became a small group leader for Revolution. Michelle laughs when her husband wears her socks.
Phil Johnson is a fireman for the Springfield Fire Department. He also volunteered in Oasis for a few years before becoming a small group leader for Revolution. You may recognize Phil from his brief appearance on a billboard for the Springfield Fire Department.
Rena` Johnson started Revolution Junior High Ministry in the fall of 2005. She has a teaching degree from Evangel University and has worked with the youth at Calvary for over 20 years. She is also the VBS director and the head of the Missions Department. Rena` has two brothers, three sisters, one husband, twenty nieces and nephews, six children, and three grandchildren.
Matt Peecher works as a doctor at Memorial Medical Center. He was highly involved in the Oasis as a small group leader for a few years before deciding to become a leader for Revolution. As a doctor, Matt has had many disgusting experiences. However, his most disgusting experience actually took place when he was volunteering at an event for the Oasis. You really should ask him about it sometime.
Stephanie Peecher grew up at Calvary and has four children. She has been highly involved in forming accountability groups for the High School girls who attend Calvary Academy. Stephanie is excited to have her very own swimming pool next summer.
Amanda Reynolds is currently working on receiving her teaching degree. She volunteers as the junior high cheerleading coach for Calvary Academy. Amanda has three children and is a small group leader for Revolution. Amanda’s favorite thing to do with junior high students is to have thirty of them over for dinner and pray that nothing breaks.
Dan Reynolds is the junior high boys basketball coach for Calvary Academy. He is a small group leader for Revolution. Dan’s favorite thing to do with junior higher students is to win state championships.
Dave Reynolds is currently employed by the Department of Children and Family Services, DCFS, and he is involved with Calvary Temple’s Children’s Ministry. Dave often helps in Revolution by playing the keyboard for worship. Dave always tucks his shirt in.
Mary Sexton teaches a Sunday School class for the youth at Calvary. She is also highly involved with charity work throughout the Springfield community. Mary loves to laugh and to make others laugh.
Kelley Woods is a voice teacher at Calvary Academy and the co-director of the adult choir at Calvary Temple. Kelley has also directed many youth ensembles and choirs, and she is a small group leader for Revolution. Kelley can often be seen counting her children to ensure that she is not forgetting any of them.
Trevis Woods has worked with the youth at Calvary for several years. He works in Revolution as the sound guy and as the worship leader. Trevis can often be seen running sound, playing guitar, singing, and watching his kids simultaneously.
